Rob has always been honest and forthcoming with us. When our heater had a problem and the warranty just expired, he called the manufacturer and installed a new unit. We only paid for the labor. When we thought we needed two zones for our AC, he come over and said we already had dampers and said the switch to the summer mode wasn't on. He didn't charge for a visit.

An honest, dependable, professional craftsman like Bob Ely is one of the rarest finds. Given a choice, I won't do business with anyone else!

I cant say enough praises for the experience I just had with this company. Bob came to inspect my gas boiler and was prompt and incredibly honest. I have no handiwork knowledge and he couldve said anything and charged any amount and I wouldve said okay but he was honest and straightforward with me and that is priceless!! Cant recommend this company more will be using again in the future for plumbing!

Best in the area. I tried a few, won't name names, but this is the best in my experience. Love the tankless Navien heater they recommended & installed too. I'd never heard of the brand, but it has worked great.

Robert Rely knows his stuff and is reasonably priced

Tom installed a whole house full water system for us including UV, nitrate and water conditioner in a small space under our 1930s bungalow. It was a tough space to work in but he got it done. A couple of days later our AC installer had an issue with access since some of the water components were in the way. We called RELY and Bob Ely himself came out to disconnect the components so the AC installer could do what he needed to do. Great company to work with. Competitive pricing.

Rely did a great job cleaning up a nightmare left behind by unqualified and unresponsive installers. I would definitely recommend them.

Rely was absolutely amazing. We moved into a house a few months back and recently a sewer gas smell came around. Once we opened up the wall, we noticed a mess of DIY pipes. Rely came out and provided a very clear explanation of what's going on and how to resolve. They were quick to answer my many questions over email. They were smooth to provide a quote, schedule, and come by to do the work. Everyone was incredibly friendly and the price was very fair. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Bob and the gang are great. I had a horrible experience with other plumbers and they came, explained the systems to me and history of why things were done they were (my house was built in 53) and correctly tested my water heater which I was incorrectly told was broken. Highly recommended!
